How quickly will I get a response?
Quote requests submitted online get a response within one business hour, Monday through Saturday. Phone calls are usually answered immediately during business hours.
What are your hours?
Mon–Sat from 8am to 7pm for phone calls and quotes. Move-day crews can start as early as 7am or work late evenings with advance scheduling.
Can I get a quote without a phone call?
Yes — our online quote form is designed for that. Submit the details and we’ll send back a clear estimate by email within one business hour.
Do you do in-home estimates?
Yes — for larger moves (4+ bedroom homes, estate moves, complex commercial), in-home walkthroughs help us scope properly. Standard moves can be quoted from photos and details.
What information do you need for a quote?
Move-from and move-to addresses, approximate home/load size, preferred move date, any special items (piano, safe, antiques), and access notes (stairs, elevators, parking).
Can I reach you on weekends?
Yes — Saturdays are full business hours. Sunday inquiries are answered Monday morning, but emergency moves can sometimes be scheduled with Sunday phone outreach.
Where is your office?
Our operations base is in Vaughan, Ontario. Most client interactions happen by phone, email, and at your home or office on move day — but in-person consultations are available by appointment.
Do you have a guarantee?
Can you handle moves outside Vaughan?
Yes — we serve the entire GTA and provide long-distance moves anywhere in Canada from Vaughan.
Is there a fee for getting a quote?
No — quotes are free, with no obligation. Even in-home walkthroughs are free for moves above a certain scope.
